“I Hear a Rhapsody” - George Fragos and Dick Gasparre - A 1941 pop song that became a jazz standard. It was featured in the 1952 film noir Clash by Night, in which it was sung by Tony Martin. Kaye Berrigan is featured on the flugelhorn in this selection.
“Moose the Mooche” - Charlie Parker - It is believed that the title refers to Parker’s drug dealer who was nicknamed “Moose the Mooche”. Glen Ash is featured on electric viola with Victor Campbell on drums and Don Linke on bass.
“Duke of Iron” - Sonny Rollins - A distinctive and marvelous tune released in 1987. This piece is a duo featuring Scott Wenzel and Don Linke.
